Stephen Reilly
Stephen founded On The Move in 2020 having previously worked with an international estate agency. The decision to go it alone and set up his own business was driven by the thought of doing things better by taking his experiences as an estate agent and combining that with those experiences as a buyer and seller. The business is built around how he would expect his own house to be sold.
Stephen lives in Coatbridge and out with the working environment he likes to spend time with his fiancée and three kids and when not showing potential buyers around our beautiful homes he loves to watch and play football.
Megan Hoey
Megan joined On The Move in 2021 from an international estate agency and has over 10 year’s experience within the property industry. She has seen the company grow from a small start up business to one of the leading estate agents locally and she has been a huge part of that continued success. Megan deals with the day to day running of the office, prospecting, booking valuations, sales negotiations and ensures that service levels are high and that clients are kept updated with the progress of their sale, whilst on hand to answer any questions.
Megan originates from New Stevenson and in her spare time likes to go to the gym, socialise with friends and spend time with her family.
Christine McCandlish
Christine joined On The Move in 2022 having worked with Stephen & Megan at another estate agency and within the branch she deals with day to day property enquiries, viewings and valuations.
Having lived in East Kilbride all her life Christine loves spending time with her husband and two kids, going on holiday and socialising with friends.
Paul Owens
Paul joined On The Move in 2020 as a sales associate and has seen the brand grow over the years in to a leading name locally in estate agency. In the branch you will see Paul dealing with the day to day progression of sales, valuing properties and accompanied viewings. If you are on social media then you will have likely seen Paul showcasing some of our fantastic properties on all platforms.
Having lived in Airdrie all this life and currently residing in Chapelhall, In his spare time he likes to go to the gym, spend time with his family and go on holiday, preferably somewhere hot, he is still adamant that he was meant to be born in warmer climates.
Ann Inglis
Having joined On The Move in 2021 from another estate agent, she has seen the brand grow year on year. Ann has vast experience in sales and customer service. Dealing with day to day enquires on properties, prospecting, valuations and showing potential buyers around our homes. Ann likes to ensure that she goes that extra mile for customer satisfaction.
Residing in Eaglesham Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, loves bowling, holidays and socialising with friends.
